Leticia Padilla

LeticiaPadillaA seasoned communications and corporate citizenship executive, Leticia's eclectic background encompasses client management, government relations and talent acquisition, to name a few. Her professional experience includes over 20 years driving client strategy, enhancing customer success, and managing global teams at incubating startups, as well as at multinational corporations.

Leticia began her career on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Editor for the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, where she drafted communications and worked with government officials in the White House, Departments of State, Defense, and other agencies on ambassadorial nominations, foreign aid legislation, international treaties, and other areas under committee jurisdiction. As Deputy to the Committee’s Director of Protocol, she arranged international fact-finding trips and organized Senate committee receptions hosting foreign dignitaries at the Head of State and Cabinet level. 

Leticia’s transition to the private sector included stints as Manager of Government Relations for a boutique investment development firm, and as an Executive Fellow at Alexander Ogilvy Public Relations, where she provided strategic counsel on media relations, government advocacy and public affairs for digital media and emerging technology clients.  

Inspired by Silicon Valley innovation, Leticia moved into the tech industry with Cognizant Technology Solutions and IBM, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and driving customer success.  Most recently, Leticia combined her subject matter expertise and philanthropic interests as the Global Leader of Corporate Citizenship for Concentrix, where she created the company’s first Corporate Social Responsibility program, encompassing over 70 locations in 25 countries.

Leticia is a former Board Member of Planned Parenthood of San Mateo County, the World Affairs Council of Northern California and the Council on Aging of Sonoma County.  She currently volunteers with Lawyers for Good Government and sits on the Board of the Jatson Chumig Educational Corporation, a 501©(3) organization supporting a home for destitute, disabled and orphaned children in Lhasa, Tibet.  

Leticia has a B.A. in International Relations from Ursinus College and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.
