November 2, 2021 Contests Not on the Ballot
The contests and candidates that will not be on the ballot in Sonoma County in the November 2, 2021, Consolidated Election, are listed below.
For these contests, the number of candidates who filed was equal to or less than the number of seats to be filled. As a result, there was no need for these contests to go to election. Instead, the candidates who filed will be appointed by their district boards to serve as if they were elected.
"VACANCY" means a particular seat for a contest is currently empty because the number of candidates who filed for that contest was less than the number of seats to be filled.
