Ballots Arriving in the Mail Soon for the May 5, 2020, Special Consolidated District Election

Ballots will begin going out in the mail today for the May 5, 2020, Special Consolidated District Election. This election is being conducted entirely by mail and only applies to voters residing in either the Northern Sonoma County Fire Protection District or the Coast Life Support District. Voters in the aforementioned districts should automatically receive a ballot in the mail within seven to ten days.  

County Voter Information Guides for the May 5, 2020, Special Consolidated District Election, started going out in the mail at the end of March and should be arriving this week. Voters who opted out of receiving a paper copy of the County Voter Information Guide may view the guide online at sonomacounty.ca.gov/vote.  

Voters who have not received either their ballot or County Voter Information Guide by April 16 should call the Registrar of Voters Office at (707) 565-6800 or email rov-info@sonoma-county.org to request a replacement. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Registrar of Voters Office is temporarily closed to in-person visits, but our office can be reached by phone or email Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays).
