For Homeless Service Providers

As the lead agency Home Sonoma County, the Community Development Commission partners with a variety of non profit organizations, housing developers and community groups who are our boots on the ground providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Here we have resources for our service providers to help them comply with local, state and federal policies and support their valuable work in the community.

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission requires Homeless Services providers funded through HOME Sonoma County to adhere to Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) regulations.
