The project proposes a two year phased approach to facilitate the build out of the proposed cultivation area. Phase 1 (year 1) includes 20,000 square feet of cultivation area, Phase 2 (year 2) will complete the 43,560 square feet of cultivation area. There will be no processing or drying on-site.
