Eleven buildings or structures are proposed as part of this project. Processing would be done in several of the proposed structures and buildings. The project would have 3 full-time employees year-round and an additional 20 employees during the trimming and planting seasons. The project would operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Delivery and shipping activities would be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. The project site would not be open to the public. The project site is operating under the Penalty Relief Program and is located on a 23.37-acre parcel
