Agenda

What do you want for Sonoma County in the next five years?

Sonoma County’s Strategic Plan will help shape the County’s short and long-term policies and projects for the next five years, and we are looking for your input. The final plan is expected to be adopted by the Board of Supervisors in late February 2021.

This session will focus on the Organizational Excellence Pillar. In order to serve Sonoma County residents and fulfill State and Federal mandates, the County organization must perform at its best.

Please join us to discuss the draft Organizational Excellence goals and objectives and provide your feedback.

Organizational Excellence Goals:

  1. Strengthen operational effectiveness, fiscal reliability, and accountability
  2. Increase information sharing and transparency and improve County and community engagement
  3. Become an employer of choice with a diverse workforce that reflects our community, and an employer with a positive work culture that results in engaged and developed employees.
  4. Seek grant funding to enhance programs and improve infrastructure
