Induction Cooking Expo Flyer

The County of Sonoma’s Climate Action and Resiliency Division is hosting an Induction Cooking Expo on Saturday, September 24th.  The event will be held 11am-2pm at Premiere Bath and Kitchen located at 3201 Cleveland Avenue in Santa Rosa.

Climate and Resiliency staff will be joined by Chef Rachelle Boucher, founder of Kitchens to Life and electric kitchen expert.  Chef Rachelle will be conducting an all-ages induction cooking experience.  The chocolate dipping dessert bar activity will give the participants the opportunity to learn about the wonders of induction cooking while trying it out.  Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult with a maximum two children per adult.

The expo will also include live demonstrations, mini workshops on converting to electric cooking, information on local incentives, rebates, and financing along with snacks and refreshments. Attendees can enter a drawing to win a full set of induction cookware (valued at $200.00 - no cash equivalent).

There is no charge to attend or participate in the event.  Reservations are encouraged but not required.  Attendees that registration ahead of time will qualify for an additional entry into the raffle.  RSVP to GSenergy@sonoma-county.org or call (707) 565-6470.
