In partnership with St. Joseph Health we are excited to celebrate the halfway point of the 10 Week Elevate Challenge!! Open to all County Employees. We will have advanced biometric screenings including Total Cholesterol, HDL, Glucose, Blood Pressure, measured height & weight, BMI & Body Fat Percentage. Come enjoy some fresh fruit from the fruit guys.

You are welcome to stop by the 10 Week ELEVATE Challenge Halfway Celebration on February 20thfor free biometric screenings, exercise bands, fresh fruit and raffle prizes!

Get Screened

Knowing your numbers can help you take control of your health. If they need improvement, you can start making simple changes to help you look and feel your best. Have your blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, blood sugar (glucose), height, weight, BMI, and body fat percentage measured. Screenings are confidential and you don't need to fast.

Biometric Screening Registration

To register for the Biometric screening, go to www.kp.org/wellnessevent

  • Enter sign-up code “sonoma”
  • Instructions are attached and below
  • If you register and complete the biometric screening, you will be entered into a raffle for a $15 MasterCard
    • 15 winners will be drawn

Deadline to sign up for a screening is Friday, February 16th!

Please note the biometric screenings are open to all employees, regardless of participation in the 10 Week ELEVATE Challenge.
