The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Sonoma Complex Fire Disaster Recovery Center.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, December 11, 2017.
The County is seeking sealed proposals from responsible, qualified and experienced firms to assist with permitting procedures associated with recovery and rebuilding efforts, specifically to include review of applicable standards, plan review services for compliance with environmental, building, planning, septic, well, storm drainage and engineering regulations, and associated communication and outreach services to inform the public on processes and procedures.
The County would like to establish a disaster recovery-centered office that offers permit intake and processing, record support, plan check, and inspection services for approximately 3,000 residential permits. The office will offer the full range of planning and building assistance to residents, contractors, and developers.
The County desires that this office commence activities as soon as possible and the County has existing space where staff and workstations can be located. The County utilizes Accela software for permitting, building, and inspections.
