Proposal:

Request for a Major Subdivision of four parcels: APN 048-121-003 is currently 8.01+/- acres in size, APN 048-121-004 is currently 5.04+/- acres, APN 048-121-031+/- is 10.43+/- acres and APN 048-121-068 is 6.06+/- acres in size. The subdivision will result in 14 lots. Request to subdivide 4 parcels into 14 lots resulting in: Lot 1 = 2.06+/- acres, Lot 2 = 2.05+/- acres, Lot 3 = 2.22+/- acres, Lot 4 = 2.20+/- acres, Lot 5 = 2.21+/- acres, Lot 6 = 2.01+/- acres, Lot 7 = 2.00+/- acres, Lot 8 = 2.00+/- acres, Lot 9 = 2.03+.- acres, Lot 10 = 2.05+/- acres, Lot 11= 2.01+/-, Lot 12 = 2.12+/- acres, Lot 13 = 2.13+/- acres, and Lot 14 = 2.43+/- acres in size. The zoning for all of the four parcels is AR (Agricultural and Residential) B6 -2 acre density. All parcels are located in Class 2 (Major Natural Recharge) water availability area and all will be served well and septic systems. The existing uses on each of each of the parcels includes: 3 single family dwellings, various barns, sheds, garages and pump houses. The property is currently used for a certified organic farm.
