    On November 1, 2017, the annexation of the Roseland Area into the City of Santa Rosa was completed. Sonoma County staff are coordinating with City staff to make the transition from County to City services as smooth as possible for the Roseland community.

    Acceptance and processing of applications for new vacation rental or hosted rental permits will be suspended for 45 days. The suspension is issued via ordinance by the Board of Supervisors to facilitate emergency housing for persons displaced by the Sonoma Complex Fire. The suspension could be extended by the Board of Supervisors on or before December 5, 2017. More Information
