Notice of Public Hearing for Sonoma County Board of Supervisors

The County of Sonoma is proposing an ordinance making minor amendments to Chapter 11 of the Sonoma County Code to comply with the County’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permit, and miscellaneous other technical changes.

County staff has determined that the proposed ordinance is exempt from the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15307, 15308, and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines.


The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on September 20, 2016 at 2:10 PM at the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 575 Administration Drive, Room 102A, Santa Rosa, California to consider the proposed ordinance and exemption from CEQA.

Please submit written materials ten (10) days prior to the hearing date so that it can be distributed and considered by the decision-makers. Any written material submitted after this date will be distributed to the decision-makers prior to or at the hearing.

If you challenge the decision on the project in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to PRMD at or prior to the public hearing.
