Formerly the Environmental Review section. Evaluates the environmental impact of public projects, such as bridges, roads, and airport projects, to comply with the CEQA and other laws and regulations that protect water quality, biotic and cultural resources. Natural Resources staff also prepares EIRs for private projects.

Permit Sonoma GIS manages the development, maintenance, and distribution of comprehensive planning, land development and natural resource spatial datasets and related databases for Permit Sonoma.

GIS does not provide walk-in customer office hours. All mapping product requests and/or inquiries will be serviced through GIS Online Services.
