    TouchPay provides a convenient, secure, and cost-effective method for friends and family members to deposit funds into the accounts of incarcerated loved ones. Customers can make deposits through a kiosk in the lobby of the Main Adult Detention Facility or the North County Detention Facility, online through TouchPay’s secure web portal, and via toll-free phone IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Funds are typically available within 24 hours.

    Sonoma County Animal Services provides dog licenses for residents of unincorporated Sonoma County, the City of Santa Rosa, and the Town of Windsor. You can purchase a license online, by mail, or in person.
  • The Sonoma County Auditor-Controller Treasurer-Tax Collector is pleased to provide you with the capability to obtain property tax information on-line. View, pay, look up property tax and value. You may view your tax bill and, if desired, make your property tax payment using a credit card, debit card or E-Check electronic debit from your checking or savings account.
  • The Probation Department has authorized GovPayNet to collect credit and debit card payments on its behalf. GovPayNet is a third party vendor that provides a secure portal for payment of court ordered fines, fees, and victim restitution. Pay through GovPayNet

  • Sonoma County Transit
    Sonoma County Transit provides access to purchase your Monthly Pass, 31-Day Pass, 20-Ride Fast Pass, Summer Youth Pass and Super Pass online.
  • You may use this system to pay and close your citation or to sign up and pay for Traffic School (if eligible). You may also use this system to extend your appearance date, or payment due date, unless you are scheduled for a trial. If you are scheduled for a trial, you must contact the Trial Desk at (707) 521-6680 at least 10 days prior to your trial date to request a reset. Further proceeding dates scheduled from court are NOT eligible for an extension.
  • Sonoma County Clerk-Recorder Seal

    The County Clerk has birth, death and marriage records for events occurring in Sonoma County. We maintain the following documents: Birth Certificates from 10/14/1855, Death Certificates from 1873 to the present, and Marriage Certificates from 09/23/1846 to the present.
