4. Public Comments: This time is set aside to receive comments from the public regarding matters of general interest not on the agenda, but related to MWCAC business. Pursuant to the Brown Act, however, the MWCAC cannot consider any issues or take action on any requests during this comment period. Each person is usually granted 3 minutes to speak; time limitations are at the discretion of the Chair.

   Application no. Adr17-0117; 4420, 4440 & 4460 old redwood highway, Santa Rosa Ken Taub Project description: request for administrative design review on a 96 unit residential housing project to Replace 70 units lost in the 2017 sonoma complex fire.

      California American Water Company ~ Rate Consolidation with Sacramento Fulton development project of former Cameron & Cameron
      
      Robin Stephani, Director of Urban Community Partnership, is a consultant on Cornerstone Properties’ Fulton development project (former Cameron & Cameron property at River & Fulton Roads). She will be presenting an overview while inviting development ideas from the community. Fulton residents should come prepared with ideas for what they would like to see developed on the property.
