Project Accomplishments

  • Requirements gathered from multiple County departments
  • Migration of historical training data
  • Synced the LMS with high level employee data from HRIS 
  • Conducted training for all County department training administrators 
  • Successful roll out to all County employees

 

The LMS is highly customizable, offers powerful automated solutions for curriculum, certificates, tracks training credits, is intuitive for the learner and much more.   

 

 

Updates

HR WFD is currently working with the Department of Emergency Management to provide emergency preparedness training to Public Safety, County, and City employees.

 

 ISD is also currently working on a solution to use the new LMS to administer Cyber Security training County wide.
