Learn about the tax-free monetary benefit, payable to low-income, un-remarried, surviving spouses of a deceased wartime veteran. The benefit is also called a Death Pension. The seminar is held the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Veterans Service Office, 3725 Westwind Blvd., 1st Floor, Santa Rosa.
