    Volunteer to coach seniors for an award-winning, fall prevention program, A Matter of Balance - Managing Concerns about Falls. Teach older adults who have concerns about falling how to reduce their fear of falling and safely increase their activity levels. Train as a facilitator to conduct these eight, two-hour sessions at locations countywide. To become a volunteer coach,email the Matter of Balance Coordinator or call (707) 565-5936.
