1. Call to order 1:08 pm.
2. Budget Discussion
   1. A proposal was made to use the Saturday Afternoon Club for the Preserving Your Family Archives event on Saturday, May 12, 2018. 
   2. The cost for the event is $712.50.
   3. This expense was approved.
3. Strategic Planning 
   1. The Commission worked on a strategic planning session to set goals of the Historical Records Commission for the upcoming three years.
4. Meeting adjourned at 4:43 pm
