- Call to order 4:06 pm.
- The November 14, 2017 Historical Records Commission minutes were approved.
- Budget Discussion

- Strategic Planning Proposal
- The contract with BJ Bischoff was signed by the Clerk-Recorder-Assessor, William Rousseau.
- Commissioner Rinehart developed a list of stakeholders.
- Commissioner Sayed reviewed a draft of the survey with the Commissioners attending the meeting.
- A planning retreat is scheduled for January 5th to go over the results of the survey.
- Finding History Day
- The Committee met on December 2nd at the Library to talk about its next steps.
- An event on preserving family archives with three speakers in May 2018 is planned.
- The committee will meet again January 6th to define the committee's mission and the roles and expectations of committee members.
- A history crawl in place of another Finding History Day in October 2018 is in the works.
