The County of Sonoma (County) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Drug
Medi-Cal Services in the Day Reporting Center.
The County is seeking a qualified Community Based Organization (CBO) to
provide outpatient services at the County’s Day Reporting Center (DRC).
Services to be provided by the CBO will address a variety of needs of adult
offenders including, but not limited to, situational stressors, family
relations, interpersonal relationships, mental health issues, life span issues,
psychiatric illnesses, and substance use disorders, and other addictive
behaviors. Services consist of intake, assessment, individual and group
counseling, client education, collateral services, crisis intervention
services, treatment, and discharge planning. Services must be approved by the
County’s Probation Department and must adhere to the current California Code of
Regulations (CCR) Title 22 requirements pertaining to the provision of Drug
Medi-Cal services. Services will be provided during the DRC’s normal hours of
operation. The DRC is currently located at 2400 County Center Drive, Suite A,
in Santa Rosa.
The CBO must be authorized by the State of California’s Department of
Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide Drug Medi-Cal Outpatient Drug Free
Services at the County’s DRC. The CBO will work with the County Department of
Health Service’s Behavioral Health Division and the County’s Probation
Department to acquire such authorization from DHCS.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. PDT on June 28, 2017.
