Chop the dog 480

In February, Chop arrived at Animal Services in need of care. He wasn't using his left hind leg and his muscles had atrophied. He had a successful surgery and has received all the love in the world from our dedicated staff. All he needs now is you! Chop is still recovering from his surgery and will need to find a home where he can continue to heal with limited activity. Once adopted, he'll need to see the adopter's veterinarian for a check-up exam. He likes other dogs and has a very happy, excited play style. Because of his injury, we feel a home with children ages 10 and older might be best for him.

Chop is a neutered male, brown and white pit bull terrier who is estimated to be about 2 years and 3 months old. He weighs approximately 51 pounds and has been at the shelter since 02/26/2018.

Chop is Western Farm Center’s Dog of the Week for June 12, 2018. With his adoption you will receive a voucher good for a free leash and collar, a bag of premium dog food, and a bag of premium treats. Chop is available for $25 plus dog license if applicable.

Please visit this animal's Pet Harbor page to ensure they are still available. If this animal is no longer listed on Pet Harbor, they have been adopted or are no longer available.

Lucy the cat 480-3

Lucy would be that special and wonderful companion who'd greet you at the door every day, always happy to see you. At 7 years old, she was surrendered into our care and now she's hoping to find a new family who'll offer her a life time of love. She is sweetly affectionate, and downright pretty! Lucy would make a wonderful all-around, life-long best friend.

Lucy is a spayed female, brown tabby and white domestic shorthair cat who is estimated to be about 7 years old. She weighs approximately 11 pounds and has been at the shelter since 05/22/2018.

Lucy is Western Farm Center’s Cat of the Week for June 12th, 2018. With hr adoption you will receive a voucher good for a bag of premium cat food, a litter box with a bag of premium cat litter and a cat toy. Lucy is available for $25!
