The Planning for Success certificate program provides employees with an opportunity to obtain, develop, or enhance any or all of the identified essential competencies for each employment level.
Certificates exist for
Each certificate builds upon the previous one to maximize skill development. For example, completion of the Supervisor Certificate requires completion of the Foundational Certificate classes and completion of the Manager Certificate requires completion of the Supervisor Certification classes, but not the Foundational Certificate classes.
Courses within each certificate series are listed in the order that it is recommended they be taken, although you need not take classes in any particular order except for those which have a prerequisite.
As you build your knowledge skills and abilities, HR-Workforce Development will track the classes you have taken and will notify you when a certificate level has been achieved.
