The County of Sonoma and SEIU representatives met for the parties’ 10th
bargaining session on January 17, 2019. The County offered
counter-proposals on merit pay, performance evaluations and classification
study procedures. The Union offered a comprehensive response of all
Union and County proposals made to date, a counter
proposal on formation of a labor/management committee and responded to County
proposals on merit pay and performance evaluation procedures. The
parties are scheduled to meet again on January 31, 2019.
