Sonoma County Prosecutors’ Association (SCPA)

The Sonoma County Prosecutors' Association represents approximately 48 attorney positions in the District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Child Support. Refer to Appendix A of the MOU for a list of job classifications in this Bargaining Unit.  

The Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Sonoma and the Sonoma County Prosecutors' Association is a contract that represents the negotiated agreement on all of the subjects contained in the document for the specified time period.
