Local 39 Labor Negotiations Summary

On 6/18/2019, the County of Sonoma and Local 39 met for their 8^th meeting. The parties exchanged further responses regarding the remaining unresolved proposals between the parties, including the County’s offer of annual salary increases for each Local 39 classification over four years, increased contributions toward employees’ medical premiums and increased contributions toward each member’s staff development.  The parties are scheduled to meet again on June 28, 2019; the current contract will expire on July 2, 2019.
