Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)

International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 39 represents approximately 111 allocated positions related to building trades, automotive, water agency operations and communications. These positions are in General Services, Information's Systems, Regional Parks, Sheriff, Transportation and Public Works, and the Water Agency Departments. Refer to Appendix A of the MOU for a list of job classifications in this bargaining unit.  

The Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Sonoma and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 39 is a contract that represents the negotiated agreement on all of the subjects contained in the document for the specified time period.
