The County of Sonoma and DSA\DSLEM representatives
met on June 22, 2018, for their tenth bargaining session. The County
provided additional information related to costing DSA\DSLEM’s proposal
regarding benefit options for future retirees. DSA\DSLEM submitted a
comprehensive proposal to the County that included items pertaining to term,
lump sum, medical\dental benefits, holidays, vacation\comp time, retiree
healthcare, parental leave, and comparable agencies.
The parties are in the process of setting additional bargaining dates.
