Employee Service Awards

Employee Service Awards program serves to honor employees for their length of service to the County of Sonoma.  

About the Program

Over 4,000 County employees help to carry out the County of Sonoma’s mission of enriching the quality of life in Sonoma County through superior public service.

Our employee’s careers are diverse; from health care to accounting, law enforcement to social work and everything in between. Many employees take pride in their work ensuring that public service and safety are priorities. Our employees share in this commitment with their co-workers, and have created life-long friendships and memories, while providing excellent service.

The County of Sonoma celebrates employees for their longstanding service to the residents of Sonoma County with a dinner and recognition presentation for employees that reach 20 years of service, and those that have reached 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service.
