VSP Vision Care Offering an Extra $40 on Calvin Klein and Cole Haan Frames

Limited Time Promotion. Exciting savings from November 1 through March 31, 2017, eligible employees get an Extra $40 to spend on Calvin Klein and Cole Haan frames.

No extra paperwork, no hassle, just fabulous frames. The extra $40 is automatically added to the current frame allowance by their VSP® doctor when they select an eligible frame brand.

Vision Premiums are paid in full by the County for full-time employees. Premiums are prorated for eligible part-time employees. Vision coverage cannot be waived by eligible full-time employees.

Vision Service Plan (VSP) Benefit Highlights

Plan Information Vision Group #1243-7001-0025
Eye Exams Covered in full every 12 months-following the date of your last eye exam
Prescription Glasses

Lenses: Covered in full every 12 months-following date of last lenses

Frames: $125 allowance plus 20% of any out-of-pocket costs, provided every 24 months (following the date of your last frames)

 Kidscare 

Eye Exam: Two, fully covered comprehensive eye exams that test for eye health and vision problems that can begin during childhood, like nearsightedness, and amblyopia (lazy eye), and strabismus (cross-eye)

Eyewear:

  • Frames and lenses fully covered up to your current retail allowance, including child-friendly, impact-resistance polycarbonante lenses
  • Additional lenses fully covered when needed
  • Up to 20% savings on amount above the retail allowance
  • Savings on additional pairs of prescription glasses
 Repair and Replace Lenses and frames needing repair or replacement if damaged or broken (frames covered up to frame allowance)
 Contact Lens Care in Lieu of Frames and Lenses$105 allowance for contacts and related exam every 12 months (following date of last contact lens exam and contacts)
