    Are you looking for healthy and simple meal plans? Would you like tips on creating a kitchen that is ready to go with healthy ingredients on-hand? This session with a registered dietitian will inspire you to think about the various aspects and components of food and how we can be organized, prepared, and mindful in our eating habits and culture.     Fitness for everyone. Attendees explore the benefits of activity and learn how to develop an exercise plan, overcome barriers, and stay motivated. Topics include recommendations for physical activity, benefits of physical activity for good health and well-being, overcoming barriers, and Kaiser Permanente resources/tools (for both members and non-members). Participants have fun by practicing in each type of exercise. Participants consider their internal motivation and readiness for being more physically active, and plan their next step.     Attendees learn about basic anatomy, body mechanics, proper posture, and simple exercise that can help them avoid pain and keep their backs healthy. Topics include structure of back, benefits of strengthening and caring for the back, ways to protect and strengthen the back, safety tips, and Kaiser Permanente tools/resources. With guidance by the facilitator, participants practice postures, positioning, stretches, and exercises. Participants identify and plan their next step in caring for their back. Register for the class here: SCORS
