Bike to Work
For hundreds of commuters, bicycling can be an excellent, healthful commute option - especially during the warmer months. Walking and biking are considered the easiest way to get more physical exercise into your day and are the lowest cost of commute options.
Bike Lockers
The Sonoma County Center campus has several bicycle lockers available to secure your bikes at no charge to County employees. They are located outside of Permit Sonoma, at the north end of La Plaza A, and near the entrance of the Hall of Justice.
Participating employees will need to download the BikeLink app to access the lockers and safely park their bicycle for free.

Making the Connection
SMART rail cars and buses are equipped with bicycle racks and/or designated areas for bicycles. However, space for bicycles is limited on a buses and trains and may fill up during certain times of the day. See below for helpful information about taking bikes on transit.
