  • The Accounting Division provides accounting support for all General Services Divisions. Its responsibilities include processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the preparation of financial reports for the General Services Department.

  • Facilities Development & Management (FDM) is the consolidation of the General Services Architecture, Facilities Operations and Real Estate Division into a single division.

    We purchase and lease goods, contract for professional services, engage independent contractors and contract for construction services on behalf of the County and its Departments. The Purchasing Division also manages personal property declared surplus to County needs.
