In accordance with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 the June 3, 2020 Design Review meeting will be held virtually.
Members Of The Public May Not Attend This Meeting In Person.
The June 3, 2020 Design Review meeting will be facilitated virtually through Zoom.

Public Comment Prior to the Meeting: Public Comment may be submitted via recorded voice message or email.
VOICE RECORDED PUBLIC COMMENT: To submit public comment via recorded message, please call (707) 565-1935 by 5pm Tuesday, June 2, 2020. State your name and the item number(s) on which you wish to speak. The recordings will be limited to three minutes. These comments may be played at the appropriate time during the hearing.
Email Public Comment: To submit an emailed public comment to the Design Review Committee please email Elaine.Murillo@sonoma-county.org. Please provide your name, the agenda number(s) on which you wish to speak, and your comment. These comments will be emailed to all Commissioners.
Public Comment During the Meeting:
Public Comment Using Zoom: Members of the public who join the Zoom meeting, either through the Zoom app or by calling in, will be able to provide live public comment at specific points throughout the meeting.

Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Design Review Committee after distribution of the Agenda packet is available for public inspection at 2550 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday and Friday.
If you wish to speak on an item under discussion by the Design Review Committee which appears on this Agenda, you may do so upon receiving recognition from the Chair. Please step up to the rostrum located in the center of the room. State your name and address for the record before making your presentation. All hearings are recorded. Time limitations on public testimony may be imposed at the discretion of the Design Review Committee.
Applicants/Developers: When the Chair announces your item please come forward and be seated at the conference table and sign the attendance sheet. The Chair will first request a staff report. Next the Chair will ask you to make a brief presentation. Speak into the microphone, as all meetings are recorded.
Other Interested Persons: For projects which require public hearings pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, the Chair will announce the opening of the public hearing. Upon recognition by the Chair, step forward to the podium, state your name, sign the attendance sheet and speak into the microphone as all meetings are recorded.
Committee Actions: At the conclusion of the developer’s presentation or applicable public hearing, the Committee will discuss the matter and the Chair will announce the Committee’s action.
