  2. APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 10, 2019 AGENDA – ALMOND
    Due to the requirements of the Brown Act, only changing the order of, or deletion of items may be allowed. New items may not be added.

    1. Chair will report out on openings.

  7. PRESENTATIONS - 15 MINUTES
    The program director for La Luz will provide a brief presentation about the issues women and families in the Sonoma Valley are challenged with today
  8. REGULAR CALENDAR ITEMS
    Discussion and possible action on items 1 through 7.
    1. CSW Promotion / Marketing Ad Hoc – Langdon, Quinn and Wood – 20 minutes
      Ad Hoc members will go over ad hoc updates on press releases, Women’s Marches, ad hoc meetings and budget requests and the ad hoc mission. The ad hoc members will also go over requests on fellow commissioners related to upcoming plans, projects, march participation and radio talk show with Rabbi Ted in Petaluma.
    2. February CSW Meeting - Langdon - 7 minutes
      Commissioner Langdon is requesting moving the Regular CSW February 14th meeting to either Tuesday, February 12th or Wednesday, February 13th so that Commissioners may spend time with their loved ones or attend the Petaluma One Billion Rising event we are sponsoring.
    3. Women’s Voices – Blalock and Whyte – 10 minutes
      Commissioners will explain details regarding their final work plan and they will vote on approving a suggested budget for their planned work.
    4. New CSW Banner - Blalock - 3 minutes
      Commissioner Blalock will discuss her proposal for purchasing a new banner and a vote will take place on the allocation of funds for a new banner.
    5. Ad Hoc Access to Social Media - Almond - 3 minutes
      Commissioners will discuss and determine which individuals from each ad hoc will be given access to publish information on CSW’s social media sites.
    6. March CSW Meeting at Petaluma Women’s Club - Almond - 5 minutes
      Commissioners to discuss possible CSW collaboration with Petaluma Women’s Club whereby CSW can host its March meeting. Commissioners will also vote on change in meeting venue.
    7. Report on Administrative Information – Almond – 3 minutes
      Chair to provide an update on various county-based, commission-related projects, as well as review other administrative and budgetary items, as needed.
  9. COMMUNITY ISSUES, LIAISONS, AND COORDINATORS – 10 minutes

In order that all interested parties have an opportunity to speak, please be brief and limit your comments to the subject under discussion. Each person is usually granted 3 minutes to speak; time limitations are at the discretion of the Chair. While members of the public are welcome to address the Commission, under the Brown Act, Commission members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.
