  1. CALL TO ORDER – INTRODUCTIONS – MISSION STATEMENT
  2. APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 AGENDA
    Due to the requirements of the Brown Act, only changing the order of, or deletion of items may be allowed. New items may not be added.
  3. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
    Commissioners to vote on approving the draft meeting minutes for August 8, 2019.
  4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDIZED ITEMS
    Public comment is limited to three minutes per topic, unless otherwise noted.
  5. COMMISSIONER ANNOUNCEMENTS
    Commissioners to provide any Commission-related announcements, report on communications with supervisors and also announce any tabling opportunities.

    1. Chair will report out on openings.

    Commissioners to hear from Ms. Jade Rayne who is a self-defense teacher in Sonoma County.

      Officers will go over various administrative items.
    2. Social Media Procedures - Quinn
      Discussion and possible action on the draft social media procedures.
    3. League of Women Voters Commissioner Interview - Almond
      Sharing of ideas for discussion for Commissioner Rogers during her interview with the League of Women Voters including history of the Commission.
    4. CSW Videos - Quinn
      Discussion regarding possible ideas used for the creation of videos intended to be shared via social media.

    Commissioners to provide reports and/or updates from the work being done by their ad hoc committee(s) and/or project committee(s).

In order that all interested parties have an opportunity to speak, please be brief and limit your comments to the subject under discussion. Each person is usually granted 3 minutes to speak; time limitations are at the discretion of the Chair. While members of the public are welcome to address the Commission, under the Brown Act, Commission members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.
