Cannabis Tax Deadline Extension

The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved the waiving of delinquency penalties for all commercial cannabis cultivation until November 17, 2017, or November 30, 2017 for commercial cannabis cultivation located within a mandatory evacuation zone.
The forms necessary to complete all quarterly cannabis business tax returns have been posted to this Cannabis Program website. Please note that separate forms are provided for Cultivation businesses and Supply Chain business.
