Roseland Village Housing Navigation Center for Homeless Encampment Occupants Open February 23–March 23, 2018

The Roseland Village Housing Navigation Center will be open 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday at 883 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407 (adjacent to the Roseland Village homeless encampment), from February 23, 2018 until March 23, 2018.

The Housing Navigation Center will be open to persons who were camped at the Roseland Village site as of February 21, 2018.

At the Center, outreach workers will connect these persons to a range of safe housing placement options including homeless dedicated temporary and permanent housing.

Outreach workers will also coordinate access to a wide range of health and human services.  Services will be offered starting February 21, 2018, before the Center opens. Partners in the Housing Navigation Center will include: 

  • Sonoma County Community Development Commission
  • Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Public Health, Animal Services and Behavioral Health Divisions)
  • Sonoma County Human Services Department (Economic Assistance, Adult Protective Services, Employment & Training)
  • Homeless Outreach Service Team (Catholic Charities, SAY and other non-profit partners)
  • Sonoma County Coordinated Entry (operated by Catholic Charities, general access to homeless housing)
  • Redwood Gospel Mission
  • Social Advocates for Youth
  • And other partners
