The Roseland Village
Housing Navigation Center will be open 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
at 883 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA
95407 (adjacent to the Roseland Village homeless encampment), from February 23, 2018 until March 23, 2018.
Navigation Center will be open to persons
who were camped at the Roseland Village site as of February 21, 2018.
At the Center,
outreach workers will connect these persons to a range of safe housing
placement options including homeless dedicated temporary and permanent housing.
will also coordinate access to a wide range of health and human services. Services will be offered starting February 21,
2018, before the Center opens. Partners in the Housing Navigation Center will
