On August 28, 2018, the Sonoma County Continuum of Care Board made final determinations on new and renewal project rating and rankings for the FY 2018 Continuum of Care Competition. In addition to renewal projects, applications were received for one (1) new Permanent Supportive Housing Project through Bonus Funding , one (1) Permanent Supportive Housing Project created through Reallocated funding, one (1) Permanent Supportive Housing Project created through Reallocated + Bonus Funding, and one (1) new Rapid Re-housing Project created through the Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus. The CoC Board voted unanimously (6-0) to recommend all 4 new projects for funding and ranking on the Priority Listing.
New Projects recommended for funding include:
- YWCA of Sonoma County, DV Bonus Project: RRH for Vulnerable Victims of Domestic Violence in the amount of $135,436
- Community Support Network, New Project Created through Reallocation: Sanctuary Villas in the amount of $60,000.
- Sonoma County Community Development Commission, New Project Created Through Bonus Funding + Reallocation: Rental Assistance for Homeless with Chronic Health Conditions Expansion Project in the amount of $183,252.
- Reach for Home, New Project Created Through Bonus Funding: Reach For Home North County PSH in the amount of $100,114.
