The Sonoma County Community Development Commission’s new project through reallocation, “Rental Assistance – Homeless with Health Problems” is prioritized for the full amount of $200,894. However, this project straddles the tiers; $4,102 is in Tier 1 funding and the balance ($196,792) is in Tier 2.
