This kick-off workshop is for all operator types and will include an overview of the Program, including the Cannabis Land Use Ordinance, Cannabis Health Ordinance, and Cannabis Business Tax Ordinance. County staff will go over requirements that apply to all cannabis businesses such as zoning, separation criteria, operator criteria, and the permit process.
