FY 2017-18 Budget Adjustment Resolution Transferring Contingencies:

Adopt a Concurrent Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma, State Of California, and the Board Of Commissioners of the Sonoma County Community Development Commission, authorizing budgetary adjustments to the 2017-2018 Final Budget to transfer $1,055,000 from available General Fund Contingencies for the following purposes:

• $850,000 for FY 2017-18 Fire Services Dispatch Fees;
• $25,000 to augment FY 2017-18 Law Enforcement Chaplaincy program funding;
• $100,000 to fund Legal Aid services for seniors to be provided via contract with Human Services in FY 2018-19; and
• $80,000 to fund Legal Aid housing-related legal services in FY 2018-19 (Community Development Commission).
