Electric Vehicle Rebates -
3-2-1 Go Green!

The Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District proudly presents 3-2-1 Go Green! A grant and rebate incentive program to support the development and proliferation of a clean air, electric vehicle (EV) community in our District.

Why switch to EV?

The fossil-fuel transportation sector accounts for about 65% of the state’s greenhouse gas emissions. It also emits fine particulates and other pollutants that form smog in the air we breathe. A transition to an EV community protects our air quality and fights climate change.

Who is eligible?

The 3-2-1 Go Green is available ONLY to Sonoma County residents who live within the Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District (NSCAPCD) boundaries.

The NSCAPCD boundary encompasses the northern and coastal regions of Sonoma County, including Healdsburg, Cloverdale, and Guerneville. Residents of Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Sebastopol, and the City of Sonoma are NOT within our District and are not eligible.

To see if you live within the NSCAPCD boundary, please refer to our map of Sonoma County Air Quality Districts.

EV & Home Rebates are offered after purchase or lease of EV, HFCV, PEV and home chargers to residents of the Northern Sonoma County Air Quality Control District (NSCAPCD). Low-income assistance is available to qualifying applicants.
